What we do

Professional development, real world engineering service projects, and networking for every member.

Engineers Without Borders is an international organization that applies engineering solutions to aid in the development of underprivileged communities through community-centered design. EWB at Ohio State is the student-led chapter at The Ohio State University of the national organization.

International Projects

We are working in the village of N'jau, The Gambia, currently designing a marketplace structure for the women of the village to sell their goods. We are also in the monitoring and evaluation phase of a structural project in Carrera, Ecuador to improve educational infrastructure.

Local Projects

Our local projects teams work with organizations across central Ohio including South Side Family Farms, SE Urban Farms, and the OSU Psychology Department. Current work includes designing a community garden, implementing a drip irrigation system, and producing accessible bilateral stimulation tappers.
