The chapter is currently developing plans for travel teams to visit our two current projects in May 2021 if travel restrictions are not in place due to the pandemic. One team will be finalizing the N’jau project by assessing the functionality of the irrigation system and water tower to ensure these can be used for years to come. The second travel team will be focused on pre-project assessment in Ecuador. Before beginning any new projects, our chapter first visits the site to determine whether the project is within our scope and viable. The money raised this year will be put toward go to any necessary repairs encountered in the Gambia as well as travel and equipment costs for both assessment visits. General donations will be applied to where the need is greatest.
